How to apply and application process

We know job searching takes considerable time and effort. To ensure we find people with the right skills and we honor the time it takes to submit and review materials, we want to share our process. This position requires significant design and digital experience and, as a first step, we would like to see some of the work you’ve already done. In place of a cover letter, the form below will ask you to share your name, location, Twitter and or LinkedIn and answer some questions about your work, how you think about digital strategy and your goals. You will be required to upload or link to FOUR examples in this form and upload your resume. Please follow and complete all parts of the application in order to be considered for the position.

After we review submissions we will invite top candidates to create additional work (it should take approximately two to three hours) that is specific to this role, including creating sample social posts (for X, Instagram and LinkedIn) and designing a one-page document. This will be a timed exercise (you’ll be given 48 hours that works around your schedule).

The Deputy Director will invite final candidates for a phone conversation and panel interview with the Lab’s team.

We expect the process to take two months.
