The Lab was created to increase public understanding about the root causes of homelessness, and proactively advance new narratives that will shift public opinion, in order to lay the groundwork for positive policy change.

Narrative Research, Message Development and Implementation
We work with groups across the country to identify and analyze the status quo narratives that exist and persist in their local communities and probe how to build a new narrative. This includes determining values and messaging targets for a narrative that helps the public understand the truth about who becomes homeless and why.

Strategic Communications
Does your organization want to change the narrative about housing insecurity and homelessness in your community? We provide strategic planning, implementation and technical assistance with:
