Jose Salvador Orellana (he/they) is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of LOUD For Tomorrow. Since founding LOUD in 2018, Jose has been committed to supporting the leadership of young people of color – particularly low-income, immigrant/refugee, femme, queer and trans youth. He has been a Field Manager and Digital Strategist for several campaigns, spearheading field and digital operations. He graduated with a B.A. in Critical Race & Ethnic Studies and minor in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. He has a passion for serving others and creating positive change for young people of color and the LGBTQ+ community.

LOUD For Tomorrow is a grassroots youth-led organization based in Delano, California building youth power to transform our schools and communities through civic engagement, advocacy and community healing. Founded in 2018, LOUD organizes young people to organize people power, register young voters, and win campaigns for a brighter tomorrow!
